At zemaStyle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing
All products are made on demand via our partner, Printify. This means your order is custom-made and typically cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error.

2. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

However, we do provide refunds or replacements if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective.

  • You receive the wrong item.

If you believe your product is eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at zemastyleinfo@gmail.com.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To initiate a refund or replacement, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the defective/damaged item

  • A description of the issue

Once your request is received, we will review it and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund, depending on your preference.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns
For defective or incorrect items, zemaStyle will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement item. Customers are not responsible for return shipping in these cases.

5. EU Consumer Rights
Under EU law, consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase for standard goods. However, this does not apply to personalized or custom-made products, which include all items produced via Printify.
